Our delivery service caters to our customers in the ACT, NSW QLD, VIC and SA and increasingly more places around Australia, bringing you your daily Fix of Cold Pressed Juice. Check out our delivery zones for more information.
We are where you are!
Please note the following delivery zones are excluded due to the extensive service period - WA, NT, remote and regional areas.
We deliver straight to your door in metro ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and TAS (Launceston area only). A delivery fee applies to all orders. The cost of delivery is not included in the quoted prices, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery is performed daily between 8 am and 5 pm (Tuesday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) by courier. As we take a lot of pride in our product, we do our best to ensure you receive it in the best possible condition. We therefore cannot deliver an order to you on Monday as it would mean dispatching it the week prior and it then sitting in the non-air conditioned courier depot over the weekend.
Please note - Your location will dictate when we can ship your order. For example South Australia and Launceston orders can only be dispatched Monday or Tuesday due to the estimated delivery times.
If you are unable to accept the delivery in person, all our juices are packed in Styrofoam boxes with ice to keep them cold until refrigerated. Please leave us special instructions at the checkout page should you wish for your package to be left at a specific place. Please note, we use an external courier service who is unable to schedule deliveries for specific times. We also cannot guarantee they will be able to ring you in advance or at the time of a delivery. Please take this into consideration prior to placing your order if this is an essential requirement.
Please allow 48 hours for dispatch.
Orders placed Thursday (depending on location) may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Once a product is purchased, automated emails will be sent to your nominated inbox.
All transactions are in Australian dollars. We accept MasterCard and Visa through a secure electronic banking service. If for any reason you do not wish to use one of these options, please contact us and we will make alternative arrangements for internet banking. Payment must be received in full before any order can be dispatched to you.
While we cannot refund orders made in error, we understand that unforeseen events and circumstances will arise, and taking this into consideration we will happily provide credit for orders where delivery has not yet occurred.
We also do not issue refunds for or resend orders that are not deliverable due to delivery addresses being entered incorrectly. Please check the address at the time of ordering. If you notice a discrepancy simply email our friendly staff at email@example.com who can amend the delivery address prior to dispatch.
